Missing Mom in Richmond, Virginia

UPDATE:  I am excited to share that Tamara has been found and she is safe!  Please join me in offering prayers of thanksgiving. 

My Sister-In-Law's Sister is Missing from the Richmond, Virginia area. 

Tamara Sarah Hopkinson, mother of 2

Last seen December 31, 2009 in Richmond

She is approximately 5' 8" tall and has reddish hair that is naturally blonde.
