Smart Car?

Ever seen a convertible Smart Car? I think they make the convertibles to make up for the lack of air conditioning. This thing had the top down...well, sort of. The top part couldn't have been more than 6-8 inches! The car isn't big enough for any more. We traveled along the same route for about three miles, with me snapping poor quality photos and hollering "meep, meep". No, I wasn't driving.

Does anyone else expect Mr. Bean to hop out of this thing?
